1. Purposes and legal basis of data processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

– responding to inquiries via the contact form – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest);

– performance of rental agreements – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;

– issuing invoices and fulfilling tax obligations – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;

– marketing activities (if consent is given) – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We process data provided voluntarily by the user: name, surname, email address, phone number, message content, and invoicing or contract details.
